Managing Director.
IEG was found by Padraig in 2002 with the main objective to develop online software for the Irish and US markets.
Padraig was educated in CBS Charleville before completing a diploma in Engineering and Computer Programming at Cork Institute of Technology. He went on to study Programming at Kings College London.
He spent the late 1990s working in technology roles across the globe, including the UK, Romania, Japan,Sierra Leone and the USA , before finally returning to Ireland in 2000. On his return to Ireland Padraig became Managing Director of Siteck Europe in Shannon. Siteck relocation their Irish operation and in 2002 he decided to enter the market himself and founded IEG. IEG continues to work for Siteck on a contract basis.
Padraig also writes a monthly articles for Business Limerick magazine on all aspects of IT.
Padraig enjoys all outdoor activities especially, hurling, rugby (which he still plays for Charleville RFC, golf, and more importantly spending time with his family.

Administration Manager
Neil has been the Administration Manager at IEG Marketing since March 2009 and has 12 years sales and marketing experience.
A University Of Limerick Computer Science Graduate, his prior experience includes engineering positions at Dell Computers and Seagate Technology.
He moved into the sales and marketing arena when he joined the European Technical Marketing team at Iomega. Neil’s most recent roles include European Technical Sales Manager at 3ware, Broadcom and Partners In Europe.
Neil is a big advocate of self-development as well as being an avid sports fan supporting Shannon RFC where his son Coarie enjoys success.

Radek Kotlarek |

Senior Technical Project Manager
Radek is the Tech Manager within IEG.
He was educated in Tech University in Poland, where he studied Information Technology. He also studied Economics at University.
Radek has over 10 years of experience in IT, Radek has a comprehensive knowledge of Internet Development and Systems engineering.
Radek spends his free time climbing and mountaineering.
